Hi! I'm Stacy, a Certified Personal Trainer in Nashville, TN (originally from NYC). I run a fitness travel company (Ketanga Fitness Retreats) and help private clients reach their fitness goals with personal training.

Through custom programming, space/equipment consideration and injury attention and prevention, I design personalized sessions that set you up for success from day one! I use a combo of fitness modalities—like strength & conditioning, HIIT and boxing—to keep workouts fresh and motivating.
